Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Return Process:

  1. Tampered Packages: If you receive a tampered package, do not accept it.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the receipt of your item and the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
